Tough climates take a toll on screws

Nordisk Träskruv Försänkt (Nordic countersunk woodscrew) is a robust screw with TDG surface treatment in which zinc is applied to the screw by tumbling – a method that provides the same protection as with traditional hot-dip galvanizing. The surface treatment provides long life and a screw that can handle all weather conditions. The screw is available in different sizes for both light and heavy structures. The fastener has TX grooves for firm grip, an S point that prevents the formation of cracks and a cut thread that drives the screw efficiently into timber. Nordisk Träskruv Sexkant (Nordic woodscrew hexhead), which has TX grooves and a hexhead, is also part of the TDG range and is suitable for heavy, supporting structures.
